Yesterday, the Society of Engineers and Technicians of Kragujevac organized an open professional seminar titled “Application of Artificial Intelligence Algorithms in Biomedical Data Processing.” The event was held in the ceremonial hall of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Kragujevac (Building B), starting at 19:00.
The speakers were Dr. Tijana Geroski, Assistant Professor, and Dr. Nenad Filipović, Full Professor, who presented modern AI-based methodologies used in biomedical engineering, along with the challenges and possibilities in analyzing complex biomedical datasets. Tijana Geroski also presented INTELHEART project, financed by the Science Fund of Serbia, the objectives, methods and preliminary results.
The event gathered participants from academia, industry, and the general public, fostering knowledge exchange, supporting the engineering profession, and highlighting recent advances in biomedical data analysis.
